We understand that sometimes you don't receive what you were expecting. In these cases please let us know and if you are eligible for a return, we will either exchange or refund your order. 


Please email us at hello@sundazethelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your items with supporting imagery.



  • We accept items that are in their original condition (tags attached, in original packaging). Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.
  • We refund all full priced items, with the exception of items purchased with the "10% off your first order" code. 
  • Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before an exchange or refund is issued. 
  • The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed by Sundaze The Label.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. In cases like this you must file a claim with the carrier. 
  • All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty. We offer exchanges provided the new required size is available. 



  • Exchanges available for Europe based customers only.
  • The exchange shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed by Sundaze the Label. 
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will be issued as a store credit or refund.


Please allow 2-3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed and be sure to check your email. We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.
