SUSTAINABILITY

How are your products sustainable?

Our swimwear is 100% recycled and sustainable, produced by using ECONYL®, a regenerated nylon created with nylon waste from landfills and oceans such as fishing nets. We use only recycled materials for tags and compostable mailers. Orders are shipped with minimal packaging components to reduce waste. 

Each items is hand made in Estonia in a small women owned factory. We create limited numbers of products to ensure we are only making to meet demand.

 

ORDERS

What currency are your prices in?

You can choose your preferred currency from the menu.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it - we know you already want to wear it! Please email our Customer Care team as soon as you can, if the order is not yet packed for shipping we may be able to make changes. Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.

 

I forgot to enter my 10% off discount code, is it still possible to add it?

Once an order has been made we cannot add discount codes or refund partial amounts. No worries though - there is always next time!

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement. This excludes weekends and public holidays. 

Email with tracking information will be sent on the day that order is shipped out. 

 

RETURNS

 

What is your returns policy?

We accept items that are in their original condition (tags attached, no make up etc.) and we will provide you with a credit note upon the return of your item. 

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

Sundaze The Label checks returned items thoroughly to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.

 

Cost of returns

The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Sundaze The Label.

 

I think my item is faulty or wrong, what do I do?

Uh oh, if you believe you have received a faulty or wrong item please email us right away at hello@sundazethelabel.com with images and we will resolve it for you as soon as we can!

 

Sale items

All final sale items can not be returned for a refund or exchange.

 

If I used my ‘10% off my first order’ code does that mean I cannot return my item?

We make an exception for this code and do allow you to return your items purchased with this code only.
