TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Listed prices on SUNDAZE THE LABEL are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, SUNDAZE THE LABEL has the right to correct and/or change the price of the item.

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by SUNDAZE THE LABEL. In addition, SUNDAZE THE LABEL reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, SUNDAZE THE LABEL will issue a credit to the account in the same amount within 7 business days. SUNDAZE THE LABEL reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described therein anytime without notice.

 

Our products are designed and made in Estonia.

We ship worldwide from Estonia. We use Omniva.

Please allow us 24 hours to process your order. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement. This excludes weekends and public holidays. 

Email with tracking information will be sent on the day that order is shipped out. 

 

Shipping cost will be calculated in checkout and depends on your chosen location. The price will be shown in check out.

 

In Estonia the shipping time is approximately 3-5 working days. Within Europe the shipping time is approximately 6-10 working days, outside of Europe approximately 10-20 working days.

 

RETURNS

 

We understand that sometimes you don't receive what you were expecting. In these cases please let us know and if you are eligible for a return, we will either exchange or refund your order. 

Please email us at hello@sundazethelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your items with supporting imagery.

  • We accept items that are in their original condition (tags attached, in original packaging). Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.
  • We refund all full priced items, with the exception of items purchased with the "10% off your first order" code. 
  • One we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before an exchange or refund is issued. 
  • The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. This cost will not be reimbursed from Sundaze The Label.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping. In cases like this you must file a claim with the carrier. 

 

We try our hardest to turn your returns around as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and be sure to check your email.

 

TAXES

Please note that Sundaze The Label will not be responsible for any local charges that the customer may witness when the package is held by customs. These charges are at the customer's own expense. 

 

PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in EUR. It is possible to view prices in your preferred currency (EUR, USD, AUD, GBP). We accept payments with credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

It is possible to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement via email. If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
